Experience

I am marketing and commercialization expert with 20+ years experience working in new markets and innovative technologies, including cell therapy and medical devices. I want technology to get noticed! My secret is that listening is the easiest and fastest way to get there. By working across the organization, with speed, I listen and learn about the product and experiences, and  infuse customer feedback to develop marketing and commercialization strategies. This method can make R&D teams uncomfortable, as I push the organization to better incorporate the customer view leading to a better story that drives sales.    
My direct experience includes brand development, marketing strategy, and commercialization. My approach is customer centric, and I work with clients, including technical experts and commercial teams, to guide them to tell their story and accelerate their market success. 

With a passion for learning, strategic thinking, and execution, I have led various initiatives in start up divisions of leading companies including Medtronic and Cytiva (GE Life Sciences), as well as smaller companies. I have defined global business operations and support for FDA Class III medical devices, led branding initiatives and KOL boards, and led sales and customer training which helped teams accelerate their results.
